You must have a sufficient understanding of Me3 Tokens, including but not limited to their rights, obligations, nature, objective, risks, and any restrictions;

You shall be solely responsible for any and all tax obligations that may arise from your use of our Hype Pool;

You are sufficiently competent to understand the inherent risks associated with using cryptographic and blockchain-based systems, and you have a working knowledge of the usage and intricacies of digital assets such as Me3 Tokens, including that: (i) blockchain-based transactions are irreversible; (ii) digital assets are highly volatile due to factors such as adoption, speculation, technology, security, thefts, fraud, loss, digital wallets and/or private keys, and regulation; and (iii) the cost and speed of transacting with cryptographic and blockchain-based systems are variable and may increase dramatically at any time;

You are fully aware of the risks of using our Hype Pool and you acknowledge and accept the your use of our Hype Pool is strictly at your own risk;

The functionality of our Hype Pool relies on the accessibility of telecommunication and internet services. By using our Hype Pool, you acknowledge and assume the risk of potential internet network unavailability stemming from local, hardware, or software-related issues. We disclaim responsibility for any communication interruptions, technical disturbances, inaccuracies, or delays encountered during your utilization of our Hype Pool, regardless of the cause.

We will not be liable for any of your acts or omissions on our Hype Pool, including but not limited to any incorrect or incomplete transfer of Me3 Tokens by you;

We retain the authority to cease any operation within our Hype Pool at any given time, in our sole and absolute discretion. In such instances, you waive any entitlement, claim, or legal recourse against us pertaining to such cessation.

The regulatory oversight of digital assets like Me3 Tokens remains in its infancy on a global scale. Significant uncertainty surrounds the treatment of digital assets and associated activities. The legal, regulatory, and tax landscape could undergo future modifications. It is difficult to predict the precise nature of these regulatory changes and their potential effects on digital assets with any certainty;

Digital assets like Me3 Tokens operate on blockchain technology, and their security, transferability, storage, and accessibility are contingent upon variables beyond our influence. These factors include the security, stability, and appropriateness of the underlying blockchain, potential disruptions in mining operations, and the custody of private keys for digital wallets containing the assets. We do not assert or guarantee our ability to shield your digital assets from the adverse effects of such external factors, whether directly or indirectly. Events stemming from these external factors could lead to the partial or complete loss of acquired digital assets, and such losses may be irreversible;

Transactions involving digital assets are final and irreversible, even where there are instances of fraudulent, erroneous, or accidental transactions. Digital assets engaged in such irreversible transactions may not be retrievable.

The computer code governing the smart contract for Me3 Tokens may contain imperfections, errors, flaws, or bugs, which could potentially impair certain functionalities of the Me3 Tokens, compromise your data, or otherwise pose risks to you. It is advisable to thoroughly examine the operation of the smart contract supporting Me3 Tokens and, if necessary, seek guidance from third-party experts before engaging with our Hype Pool. If the smart contract, on which the operation of Me3 Tokens relies, becomes non-functional for any reason, it may impede your ability to transfer these tokens to third parties or hinder the recipients' capacity to exercise associated rights;

The comprehensive trading history associated with each digital wallet will be accessible to the public, potentially allowing individuals to discern your identity. Transactions involving digital assets are recorded on public blockchains, meaning any trades involving Me3 Tokens will swiftly become public knowledge. Although data on public blockchains is anonymized, it includes the blockchain address of each transacting party and the complete trading history of each blockchain address, including the volume of digital tokens traded and the balance of digital assets held. Consequently, the trading history linked to each blockchain address is open to public scrutiny, and it may be feasible for individuals to infer the identities of certain address holders based on publicly accessible information;

It is your responsibility to be aware of and safeguard your digital wallet's private keys. The private key or combination of private keys is essential for managing and transferring the digital assets stored in your digital wallet. If your private keys linked to your digital wallet are lost, whether through misplacement or otherwise, it may lead to the loss of your digital assets due to unauthorized access or other reasons; and

We are not required to take steps to retrieve any digital assets you may have lost in any manner.
